Theresa Wetzel - Program Manager, Toronto and Calgary
Theresa joined Framework in 2007 and uses her exceptional organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly with the hundreds of volunteers, non-profits and artists that we work with in Toronto and Calgary. A graduate of Queen’s University, Theresa has a background in Theatre Arts and enjoys competitive Chinese checkers.

Jennifer Grebeldinger - Program Manager, Vancouver and Ottawa
Jen is leading the charge to establish the Timeraiser in two new cities in 2008. Her background includes community development work with Today's Family - Caring for your Child and United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton, as well as a year working in Tanzania with Right To Play International. Jen is a graduate of UWO and former varsity basketball player.

Anil Patel – Executive Director
Anil has been leading Framework from its inception in 2002. He was instrumental in the development of the Timeraiser program and is a passionate advocate for civic engagement, healthier communities and capacity building in the non-profit sector. Prior to Framework, Anil spent six years in channel marketing, territory sales and business development with Molson Canada. He is an Action Canada Fellow, serves on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Toronto and is a past recipient of Queen’s University Humanitarian Award for his work in establishing Framework. Anil holds a degree in Environmental Chemistry from Queen’s University.

Simon Foster (Chair)
Currently VP, Business Development for GlassBOX Television, Simon is also one of the organization’s founders. He serves as chair of Framework Foundation’s board, and brings extensive relationship building and fundraising experience. Previously he served as Director, Business Development for QuickPlay Media. Simon is a graduate of London School of Economics and Queen’s University.
Andrew Klingel
Professionally, Andrew has extensive IT, sales, consulting and business development experience with A.T. Kearney, Workbrain and Telus. He is currently Director of Operations for Siamons Inc., a private consumer goods producer. In 2004, Andrew was acknowledged by the United Way of Greater Toronto for his workplace campaign fundraising accomplishments for mid-sized companies. One of Framework’s founders, Andrew holds both an MBA and an Honors B.Comm. from Queen’s University.
Carmen Coccimiglio
Carmen is VP, Corporate Finance with Wolverton Capital Markets in Calgary. His background includes working with McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto. His legal background and relationship development skills continue to play a key role in establishing Framework’s presence in Calgary and Vancouver. Called to the bar in Ontario, Carmen also has an MSc from London School of Economics.
Ryan Poissant
Currently working as an independent consultant, Ryan’s background includes strategy, marketing and sales. He has worked as Director of Business Development for eStara, a hosted solutions tech firm, and was co-founder of Cobblestone Value Chain Management, a boutique marketing technologies firm. He has also served as Director of Marketing Technologies for Matthew Scott Marketing, and worked in channel management at Amex Bank of Canada. Ryan holds an HBA from the Ivey School of Business at UWO.
